Storyline:
In the distant aftermath of the Titans’ defeat at the hands of the Gods, a new menace emerges, threatening the land. King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke), consumed by power, wages war against humanity. He assembles an army of disfigured soldiers under his command and ravages Greece in search of the fabled Epirus Bow. Crafted in the heavens by Ares, this legendary weapon holds unimaginable power. Possessing the bow would enable its wielder to release the imprisoned Titans, who yearn for revenge against humanity and the Gods. If the bow falls into the king’s hands, it would bring destruction upon mankind and spell the end of the Gods.
However, ancient laws forbid the Gods from directly interfering in human conflicts, rendering them powerless against Hyperion. That is until Theseus (Henry Cavill), a humble peasant chosen by Zeus, emerges as their last hope. Theseus must save his people from Hyperion’s tyranny and his relentless army. Gathering a group of fellow outsiders, including the visionary priestess Phaedra (Freida Pinto) and the cunning slave Stavros (Stephen Dorff), Theseus leads the charge in a heroic uprising. Failure would result in his homeland’s ruin and the disappearance of the Gods into the realm of legend.
